Nurse PTO collects nothing. There are no accounts and no sign-up. The numbers you enter are stored only in your own browser, on your own device, and are never sent to us. We cannot see your pay rate, your PTO balance, or your plans, and there is nothing to sell, share, or leak.
The calculator saves your profile (things like your hourly rate, shift pattern, and PTO balance) in your browser's local storage so it is there when you come back. That storage lives on your device only. It is not transmitted to our servers, because the app has no account system and no database of users. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it permanently.
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, which processes standard technical information (such as your IP address) to serve and protect the site. We use Cloudflare's cookieless analytics to see anonymous, aggregate counts, such as how many times the calculator was opened. These counts cannot identify you, the app sets no tracking cookies, and the fonts it uses are served from our own site rather than a third-party font service.
If you write to us at feedback@nursepto.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to read and reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share email addresses.
Nurse PTO is a workplace planning tool for hospital staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, through the app.
The calculator links out to our Etsy shop, Restuna, for the printable planner and workbook. When you follow that link you are on Etsy's site, and Etsy's own privacy policy applies to anything you do there. We do not pass Etsy any information about you or your numbers.
Because the app holds nothing about you, there is almost nothing to keep. The one exception is email: if you write to us, your message stays in our mailbox as ordinary correspondence so we can reply and remember what we fixed. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.
Wherever you live, including under state privacy laws such as California's, you can ask what we hold about you. The honest answer will almost always be "nothing beyond an email you chose to send," and we will confirm that in writing and delete it on request.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. The promise at the top will not change quietly: if a future feature ever needs to handle your information differently, the policy will say so plainly before that feature asks for anything.
Questions about this policy, or about the calculator: feedback@nursepto.com.
